Returns Process and policy


As per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to return most goods purchased online within 14 days for a full refund, including the original delivery costs (if any). However, there are some exceptions to this rule, such as personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, and sealed goods (e.g. software, music or films) where the seal has been broken.

At Turners of Yorkshire we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return using our Product Return RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account on our website and go to the 'My Account' page.

Click on 'Returns' and then 'Request a new return'.

Select the order and product you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.

Choose whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

Submit the return request.

Once your return request has been submitted, the seller will review your request and approve or deny it. If your return is approved, you will receive an RMA number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
